Copyright and Limited License

This license is revocable at any time.
It is our policy that any content included on the Website or within Alphabets international College Contents that infringes, or is likely to infringe, the intellectual property rights of any third party will be removed from the Website as soon as possible after we are made aware of such infringement or potential infringement.
If you are the owner of intellectual property rights, or are authorized to act on behalf of an owner, or authorized to act under any exclusive right, you should report any alleged infringements of your intellectual property rights taking place on or through the Website by emailing a Copyright Infringement Notice to Info@alphabetscollege.com, containing at a minimum the details outlined in section below.

- which country your intellectual property rights apply to;

- Statement explaining how the content infringes your intellectual property rights;
- Your mailing address, telephone number and email address so that we can contact you;
- a statement that the information contained in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner of the intellectual property rights or have an exclusive right in law to bring infringement proceedings in respect of its use; and
- Your signature (an electronic signature is sufficient).
We will, act in our sole discretion, terminate User Accounts and access to the Website in the first instance of any infringement, there won’t be any warnings. Zero-tolerance policy (regardless of whether the User has taken appropriate action as we may (direct).
The Alphabets international College logos, the slogan and any other Alphabets international College’ product or service name or slogan contained on the Services are trademarks of Alphabets international College, and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Alphabets international College or the applicable trademark holder. You may not use any metatags or any other “hidden text” utilizing “Alphabets international College” or any other name, trademark or product or service name of Alphabets international College without our prior written permission.
In addition, the look and feel of the Services, including all page headers, custom graphics, button icons and scripts, is the service mark, trademark and/or trade dress of Alphabets international College and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission. All other trademarks, registered trademarks, product names and names or logos mentioned in the Services are the property of their respective owners. Reference to any products, services, processes or other information, by trade name, trademark, manufacturer, and supplier or otherwise does not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation thereof by us
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to create a text hyperlink to the Services for noncommercial purposes, provided such link does not portray Alphabets international College or any of our products and services in a false, misleading, derogatory or otherwise defamatory manner and provided further that the linking site does not contain any adult or illegal material or any material that is offensive, harassing or otherwise objectionable. This limited right may be revoked at any time.
